So I'm spectating a guy for a ban report cause he's RDMing people and I crash from the server cause he popped a cap in someones ass, right? I'm like, "No biggie, I'll just come back and keep spectating " and I get back, do !spectate phoe and it says you do not have access to this command. In console I do ulx who and everyone is a user including me. I honestly don't know what happened.

Also can someone tell me how to delete a thread cause I posted this in another section.
