DirtyDNA
Hey so I'm trying to make a .gif picture that has a stationary background and I'm wondering how I can do this. It's not just a .gif of many pictures, it's an actual video clip. And I wondering how I can do this, a great example of what I mean is Delink's I'm wondering how I can add footage to a picture that I already edited. Anyone who can help will be greatly thanked and I will love them forever. P.S. I've already tried google.
enigma#
This is aweb page program and it seems to work (fine, I tested Delink's and I can break it down to different frames) If you have an older version of Photoshop, you can use it as well and it can break down the GIF. I know GIMP/Pnet can.. I just don't know how. It looks like his is just a GIF with the majority static and the video clip is only active at the TV part (there's about 67 frames). Adobe Flash (the editor NOT the player) can as well. google this: decompile GIF that's how I got all my hits
