If it won't help then go to the League of Legends folder -> RADS folder -> System folder -> click rads_user_kernel file. I did these 2 moves and launcher started. I noticed with the new ones there are two launchers: lol.launcher.admin.exe lol.launcher.exe (I think) try either or...
