FDR Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 (edited) I was trying to get on Steam today and this error message pops up saying: "Failed to load overlay localization file." I've never had this error before. I asked my brother for help, since he knows how to work computers, and he didn't know what to do. I tried restarting my computer and that didn't work.
