So when a T types !pd to do prison dice and wins an instant death, that T still has the possibility of getting the bomb. Then the T can noclip around the map and blow it up at will. This has happened to me twice. The first time I didn't know what happened, then the second time, which was 5 minutes ago, I noticed it happened again so I flew around to where some ct's were and sure enough I was able to explode the bomb while dead.
