Tommo Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 (edited) The past week i have began the experience some major FPS drops in games. Here are my specs: Intel Core i3 3.2Ghz 2x2GB RAM Radeon HD 5770 Windows 7 64bit. In CSS my fps used to be 200 now it is jumping from 60->20 which is giving me extreme lag. Even in minecraft i am getting fps lag. Things i have tried: Running a few things with CCleaner Defragged my harddrive Scanned for viruses Updated my graphics drivers. And... Angel Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 You could possibly have a keylogger, highly unlikely but it happens. Delete temp files if you haven't with CCleaner already. If you have installed any programs before this major fps drop happened, I suggest you uninstall them. Goto the "Local Files" tab and click on "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" and "Defragment Cache Files".
