6. Please tell us about the incident:

 

A jailbreak round began, and I won lead. I stated the order "All T's: get on your back bunk, face your back wall and freeze." Immediately after giving this order, I spent 5-10 seconds cracking jokes about rawr ash being Canadian (making fun of her.) She and I had been doing this for a few rounds (all in good fun). She join in cracking jokes back at me. About 10 seconds into this, a message in regular chat from cool_kid56912 pops up saying something like "WHY DONT YOU STFU!!" and I get kicked immediately thereafter.

 

I immediately rejoined and, in admin chat, told cool_kid that he should not be using admin powers on other admins. I continued by telling him that if he had an issue with another admin, PLEASE just take it up with them in admin chat as opposed to using admin commands on them. He asked if I was threatening him. I wasn't, so I simply restated my request: "Don't use powers on other admins. Take it up with them personally. Follow the rules." Again, he asked if I had threatened him. I replied with a similar message about following the rules. I told him that I would take it to forums if he did it again. He instantly banned me permanently.

 

NEVER during this situation did he put on an HG tag, a staff tag, or anything of the sort. NEVER did he tell me he was a staff member and NEVER did he tell me to stop doing "x." I broke no rules whatsoever, but was kicked and banned permanently for no reason at all. I learned a few minutes after being banned that it was beast702 the whole time. He came on Teamspeak and started insulting me. Another HG member, Wicked Sniper, recorded the conversation and agreed to post it on this thread. If he does so, you can also hear beast Teamspeak banning Aerow, the other player he permanently banned from Jailbreak for flipping out about MY permanent ban.

 

I haven't been here long, so I don't know how the politics of HG work, but it really bothers me that some staff members come into servers and do whatever they want with zero regard for the written rules. What's more, about 12 people discouraged me from making this thread, saying "It's not worth it. He's staff. He can do whatever the fuck he wants." I'm making it anyway, in the hopes that justice will be served and the rules will be reinforced.

 

I also hope that I will be unbanned as I haven't committed any infraction of the Jailbreak rules.
