Reason: Telling other players in the server to type !restart in chat resulting in one player being perma banned for typing it... 5. Proof: Demo Start demo at Tick# 16000 6. Comments: At around tick# 16000 in the demo you hear Mongolian over his mic telling others in the server to type !restart in chat, few seconds after someone does and gets banned.
