Problem with Stranded

I was gonna investigate the stranded server because no one was on it for a month and I found the problem

PROBLEMS

Hands icon doesn't show up

Doesn't show Health,Thirst,Hunger or Fatigue

F1 TAB not there

F2 TAB not there

When walking with the hands out you get a jolt of lag

150 hp (I think that's common)
