MiG
Since yesterday, every time I open Steam it says "Unable to Connect to Steam Network, You will not be able to use steam until you connect to the steam network again." I've tried everything and I cannot connect to the Steam Support. Some help will be really appreciated. Thanks, [HG] GenHavok
Deja Q
When did it start? And have you tried restarting your modem/router?
MiG
It started yesterday and yes I have tried restarting my router. My internet works fine. Edited July 8, 2011 by MiG
Deja Q
Is it blocked by your firewall?
Moto
portforward.com
enigma#
Although port forwarding may improve network performance in some instances, it is not required for Steam to work properly. Most new routers will have NAT traversal features that will not require port forwarding for you to play. Check your firewall settings. MiG
My firewall is allowing it to go through. Still does not work.
VeN
Maybe programs like antivirus and etc is blocking it? (Yeah its not a virus )
Deja Q
I'd recommend reinstalling it, if it isn't your router/firewall, not sure what it could be.
fox*
This happened to me before. I just restarted steam and it worked fine. Check your firewall, any virus program you have and finally as a last resort reinstall steam.
