Rapt0r J3sus
So, I doubt that I'm the only one in HG that has insomnia. I was just wanting to hear the experience that some people of the clan have had with insomnia, whether it be self-diagnosed, treated, etc. Personally, my paranoia tends to become amped up when I don't sleep, which only makes the hallucinations that occur from time to time worse. For some reason, I despise ants. I just don't like them. I'll be sitting here at my desk in the spring time and since that is when ants start to become very active, I have to make sure that our old house doesn't let any in. Half of the time, I see ants crawling on my wall next to my desk and when I go to smash them with something, they aren't there. Either they're speedy as hell, or they aren't actually there. Other times, I'll hear what sounds like a door slamming coming from the opposite end of my house. The weirdest thing is that it sounds too feint to be just on the other side of my house. We don't live fancily so our home is rather small, but the slamming sound seems to come from farther away. There are often times when I wake up and there is a dark mass looming from the hall outside my door that moves into my room slowly. I've sometimes seen large figures that change forms come through my doorway and dissipate once they get about half way into my room. I often times will think that people are walking around in my back yard, which my window looks out into just inside of my peripheral view. I've never really felt threatened by any hallucination but it is startling at the least. I've almost learned to cope with them, ignoring them or even sometimes just focusing on all of the logical fallacies that would occur for something like that to be real. But, that is just me. I'd like to hear what you have to say or share about your own experience or mine.
