Sprint vs Verizon

Recommended Posts

I have Sprint, but with a 3G blackberry curve. The data can be a little slow here and there, but for the most part it's great. Sprints unlimited 450 data/minutes plan for 69.99 works out well. The only thing they mention is that if you use 5 KB of other carriers services besides sprint you might get charged extra.

Sprint does suck with customer service though. It really depends on if you get lucky when calling them

I would say AT&T. Verizon and Sprints customer service sucks ass. Sprint has shitty reception, once when I had the old flip phones they cancelled my cell plan "by accident" when I called them they said I was missing some payments even though I had the receipts. I went into the near by customer service and when I got up to the counter they said they couldn't do anything about it because no one from sprint signed the receipt. Verizon on the other hand deals with their problems but very slowly and somewhat crappy they are also getting rid of their unlimited plan as they said customers "abuse unlimited service".

Through my experiences, verizon beats AT&T any day. What you said about Verizon, I say about AT&T. Verizon is the only service I can rely on after being with all 3 including T Mobile which is now merged with AT&T. Verizon is quick, and was always friendly, except in 1 instance. But who's perfect?

It all depends on your own experiences with these companies.. We're all entitled to our own biased opinions. :)
