Hi guys, I want to request a ban of a player called [»] Smile �*� [«]. Today on the jailbreak server he was freekilling a lot of T's including me.

Also, there was a round where I had just spawned and the cells had been opened. Someone planted a gun on me and for some unknown reason, Smile started knifing me. I nearly got to heal when he killed me. So I started saying voteban smile. Then he said

From the little bit I could read in the console, it looks like there was a lot of shit talk between you guys.

 

He had the right to knife you, because you had a gun.

Why would you have him votebanned for doing what he was suppose to do?
