Buffer Overflow issues

Been getting a tone of buffer overflow disconnects on JB and i THINK I might have fixed it with just updating my rates. If anyone is having this problem, try typing in console rate 25000, cl_updaterate 33, cl_cmdrate 101

Reduced my average ping from 250+ to 90 and when people talk, it spikes only as high as 150 compared to the 600 I was getting before. Hope this helps people o.O

Uh you wanna go rate 30000, cl_cmdrate 100, cl_updaterate 100.

And for the record, this doesn't COMPLETELY STOP buffer overflow, it just makes it a lot easier to deal with than the default rate settings. If you're running a less than stellar internet connection with less than desirable bandwidth on an IBM equipped with Windows 97, you're gonna get buffered out at times no matter what your rates.

If you're using that equipment, I think it's time for an upgrade.

Also, cool story Lazarus, but it's tl;dr for me
