I'm somewhat skeptical about this. Considering it sounds like you're going to need some help in the means of a Cochlear Implant or something of the like to recognize sound.

 

That is a legitimate concern.

The Cochlear Implant is built in to the Vibrational Capacitor, which is trademarked to this brand only.

It recognizes the frequency output, and converts into audible sound. This sound is adjusted to a calibration the user performs.

 

So sound actually appears as if it is coming from inside your head, and not from the headphones.

 

It is rather quite impressive.
