Danny Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Yes, you have to cancel the vip, then if you wish purchase the administrative privileges. The payment for the vip will cease and then you are free to pay for anything with no additional cost. Hoped it helped, sorry no one answered you until now.
