This evening I was freekilled after the order "take one step in your cell and face back wall" was given. I reported it in admin chat. An admin (whom I will call #1) told me I hadn't been freekilled, saying that the order had been to take a step "outside the cell and face back wall." Another admin(#2) corrected him, confirming that I had not been going against the order. #1 then said that I had been killed because I had knifed the first cell portal and stood next to it. I told the admin that the original order was ambiguous, and that I could stand anywhere in the cell and face back wall. I was then kicked for "spam." This did not go well with me. I came back on, naturally, to air my grievances. I was kicked again, this time with a threat of ban. So I came back on and said one line in admin chat. "Ban me I dare you." and I was banned. This whole time, the strongest words I had used to describe whoever was kicking me were "idiot" and "stupid" and I am no idiot, so all of my text written to admin was, in my eyes, reasonable and rational. However the admin who kicked me twice then banned me was unwilling, or unable to accept that I was right, and had done nothing wrong. They had become stuck in a rut of "whatever Orange Guys" says is wrong because I disagreed with him once and lost the argument. Instead of admitting wrong, and appologizing for having blatantly abused admin to deflect criticism, the response was to dig their heels in.

 

There is obviously a problem with having an admin package that anyone can buy, because it means bad apples will get ahold of mommy's credit card. Rational argument does not work with these people, and inevitabley they abuse.

So before a staff member tells you that you are using the wrong template, you have no proof, or the fact that this thread wont get anywhere, I was the admin that kicked and banned you.

 

First off you may have gotten free killed and you may have just derped, regardless don't spam to admins for 5 rounds in a row and bitch about it. I told you in chat to drop it, and you continued to bitch. I kicked you for the reason "spamming", and you came back in accusing me of abuse and saying that admins never do their "job", which may I remind you, that we dont pay to babysit you. Being an admin isnt a job, its a privilege that comes with donating to the clan. After another round of you bitching to admins, I kicked you again for the same reason of spamming, and warned you that the next time would be a ban. So you come back into the server and say "ban me I dare you", well good sir, I accepted your dare, and the ban is a 30 minute ban which is probably now a 15 minute ban.

 

So here is some tips, don't bitch to admins about something that happened four rounds ago and when people warn you to stop spamming, you should stop spamming, and you probably shouldent dare admins to ban you either.

Hyperbole is a wonderful thing isn't it. It was a round, maybe a round and a half. Presumably there are obligations for Admins. Yes you pay, you support the clan, but you are supposed to do something, right? Surely you don't pay for the sole purpose of being able to put funny hats on. MOTD has a list of rules which Admins are, presumably, supposed to enforce. Am I wrong in assuming this?

 

Surely you saw that another admin backed my claim of having done the order correctly. Is that not proof that I had been freekilled? Then to resist that proof, accomplishing what? Being freekilled did not piss me off. It happens. Being told I was wrong after bringing proof to bare to the contrary, from another admin no-less, then being kicked twice pissed me off. I would like to know the standard for "spam." What constitutes spam? If it annoys you, then it is spam? That is a rather subjective standard by which to judge. By that standard, I would kick me too if I was you. I hate being told I am wrong. I would ban me in a second, especially if I am indeed wrong.

Ok, I'm going to list the things I see wrong.

 

1. You need proof of admin abuse, a screenshot or demo.

2. DO NOT ARGUE WITH ADMINS IN THE SERVER!

3. DO NOT TELL AN ADMIN TO BAN YOU IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE BANNED.

4. You were WRONG!

5. They do not donate to have to babysit people.
