I asked players, and we get huge lag spikes where I will be halfway across the map and go back to spawn. @Laos Please have more than one person look at this, as it is more than just your computer/connection/location. I have a great internet and computer with parts all released in the last 2 years. Lag makes me ragequit hardcore. UPDATE: still the same for me - no lag and everything is working with a full server.
