John
So, after upgrading everything in my computer, except my powersupply, 500+ dollars later, my power supply went out.... damnit... I need some thoughts on what I should get.

I Love Lamp
Post your build. That Corsair PSU might be overkill for what you need.

John
Alright, I'll look into that, does it matter about my graphics card, since it's so much bigger than my previous one.

RetiredTacos
So, after upgrading everything in my computer, except my powersupply, 500+ dollars later, my power supply went out....damnit... I need some thoughts on what I should get. This why you do NOT ever...EVER skimp on PSU's. Hopefully it didn't kill any of your hardware when it died. The Corsair 450 WILL work but you will be pushing it pretty hard. Either go with the 650TX or for a few bucks more the 750TX and that will be more than enough juice for this system and any upgrades you do. I say go with the 750TX and be done with it. Corsair 750 TX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006&Tpk=corsair%20750 Corsair 650 TX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005 If you need modular... the 550HX is more than enough as well http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001
John
What's sad is, the PSU died when the rest of my computer and power strip was off, I tuned it off because I was driving out of town, so there was no point in it being on, since my room has a tendency to shut everything because my breaker drops... I'll most likley look into the
