Gaming Pc under £400?

Hello fellow members of Hg!

 

At this moment in time i play on a laptop with intergrated Intel hd graphics, and i can only play CC:S on medium and i still get a kinda low framrate :(

 

So with Christmas coming up and stuff, i play to get a gaming pc, yay!

 

But i need your help to find the best gaming pc i could build with a 400 pound budget!

 

I need everything you will need (including Windows) but i wont need a mouse or a moniter as i plan to use my tv.

 

I would like to play most games on medium-to high.
