Gaming computer, the Hard Drive I'm hoping for AT LEAST 500GB if not 1TB (sounds good yah ) 4.00 GB RAM at least. Heres my prob...I HAVE NO CLUE ON VIDEO CARDS, as in...what should I get? OS ideas (I am going with Windows 7 atm)? Processor....no idea....need ideas and like I said I really do not want to go above $1,000. Thanks for any help! ^TheRumor^ Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 If you're going with an Intel platform, you would want at least a 6 gig kit to achieve triple channel. For video i would rather go with a 560 Ti, or a 570 (I prefer EVGA myself) depending on what type of performance you are trying to achieve. You're going to need a 64 bit OS which in this case would be W7. A couple things i'm going to ask is: Do you plan on overclocking?
