What Is It?: Extra Life is a 1 day event, in which people may participate as a team or on their own to donate money towards a chosen Childrens Hospital within U.S.A, England, Australia, Ireland and Canada. When Is It?: This Event will be starting on the 15th of October 2011. What Time Is It?: Extra Life begins at exactly 8 a.m. in your local time zone on Saturday, Oct. 15, and ends at 8 a.m on Sunday, Oct. 16 How Do We Donate?: This is the easy part , all we need to do is play any game on Steam, PlayStation 3 and Xbox. The objective for this 1 day event is to play games for as long as you can. You will need to get some sponsors for the team though, otherwise it is totally pointless, sponsers can be friends, family, other HG members and randoms that want to help teams and individuals. How Do We Join?: All you need to do is go to http://www.extra-life.org and register yourself (please use your real name). Then you will have to enter your Steam I.D. and Console Account Names if you also wish to participate on console. In the team section you will have to search for and join HeLLsGamers. Who Are We Donating To?: I decided to make our teams donations go to the International Fund. The reason for doing this and not choosing a specific hospital is because the members of our team are going to be from different countries. Who Is Already Participating?: Below is a list of the current participants. I know it says at 15th October but that could be American time or Australian time. If it's American time then it starts sometime this Sunday for us Aussies. Should probably confirm this.
