Whats up my |HG| brothers and sisters/ The reason for this thread is.... I finally ordered my New Desktop! I been heavy debating on a desktop or laptop and had mix feeling of the two. I know its been like 5years + (haha) but hey! it final written in stone! My price to start was $1,500. I decided to get a desktop that was $1,082(Free shipping!). In b4 i hear all the crazy shit "man you should of built it yourself and all that retarded shit" It was my choice so fuck it.

-Processor (Intel® Core i7-2600K Processor (4x 3.40GHz/8MB L3 Cache)

I usually build my own but the price is probably pretty damn close to what you would have paid if you bought each part seperately. Plus, you save the headache of putting it together or accidently dropping your case one the mother board. Pre built desktops seem to be getting a lot cheaper now in days since the majority of the population that gives a crap about their desktop and are shopping on Newegg can probably build their own. I'm curious tho, since you bought it pre built, do you still get the individual part warranties?

You are willing to pay $1,000+ for a computer but not like the ~$14 for overnight shipping?

Well, I get a 3 year warranty that covers parts and some out shit from the company. I think, i just have to register the parts and keep all the boxes. Just in case.
