Please tell us about the incident: Tack said in voicechat "If I get demoted I'm going to ban you" Which after he was demoted, proceded to permaban him. Looks like he broke these two rules: "Admins MUST warn a wrongdoer in ADMIN chat before punishing (except for hackers)." "Permanent ban is last resort only (except for hackers)." All I see is a player being banned from the server for an unknown reason. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, but we can't simply take your word for it.
