He hasn't broken all of them at one time to cause any lagg so a permanent ban is not necessary. But the moaning sounds are really frustrating and he did cause a bit of lagg which you can somewhat notice. It will be a 1 day ban and ill talk to a upper about it to see if the ban needs to be decreased/increased, Thanks for the report.
