But seriously the show is so perfect.. in a way its not even about zombies at all, its just zombies are the medium that brings out what the show is really about. Shane is that guy that you don't have the balls to do what needs to be done, so you get him to do it, and pretend not to think of how hes gonna go about it. also, sadface for sophia... Sofia is dead (which is a large plot line gone) Shane is somehow still alive, Hershel didn't go rambo and shoot all of the zombies, They need Tyrese (and no T-Dog does not even come close to Tyrese) and they need to not move so damn slow. I like the show, don't get me wrong but when people complain about Rick not being a good leader it's because that is just another plot point which I hope Kurtzman actually touches on or I don't know how they are going to get past season 2. Nipple Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 i believe they purposely changed a bunch from the comics in order to bring something "new" but "familiar". i myself (because of the show) am going to get the comics and read them as the story is quite different, i think its a good thing that they've done this. the show is amazing, and most people that have already read the comics seem to like what the show does and has done thats equilavlent or different from the original. in a way im glad they didnt go "line for line" with the comics. now i have a new thing to get addicted to. ZoomeR. Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 Rick hasn't been doing squat up until he shot sophia, I think it had to be him who shot her. He was the one who told her to stay there in that hut thing till he came back, and she was gone. What poses a good question is how she died in the show... My original thought was she stumbled into the barn and was eaten, it makes the most sense in a way because none of Herschel's crew said anything about a little girl. But it's ironic because Daryl goes searching for other barns, and Shane and andrea go off to the neighborhood, but they dont check the barn 50 feet away from camp. I was also thinking maybe Otis found her and put her in there, which kinda makes sense becuase he died a while ago so maybe he didn't have a chance to tell anyone.
