desKrriado Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hello guys, I've been playing in HeLLsGamers since September 9, 2008. I'm a fan of DeathMatch servers, that's why I love HeLLsGamers. The new DeathMatch MOD coded by Kigen works great, is amazing. Some friends (HG Members and Steam Friends) and I do not agree with the RESPAWN PROTECTION TIME used, 3 seconds. It's BULLSHIT. In my opinion should be 1.2 seconds (1200 miliseconds) max 1.5 seconds (1500 miliseconds), like the old config. Owner, Council Members, Staff Members, please reduce the Respawn Protection. Is very annoying play in maps like Iceworld DeathMatch or CrackHouse, a little example in CrackHouse DM: Look at the picture the CT's running around like morons spamming nades through the windows nothing we can do to stop them. Same shit when a CT climb the ladder in Garage Roof with the mofo protection. That gives them an amazing advantage. In Iceworld DM with a lucky spawn point you can run half map with protection (running or bhoping). BTW here is my CONNECTION TIME in HeLLsGamers DM servers (since gameME): 1.- CrackHouseDM: 25 days 07:24:19 hours 2.- Iceworld DM: 5 days 14:05:58 hours 3.- Dust2 DM #1: 5 days 17:20:46 hours 4.- Office DM: 2 days 23:14:32 hours Like I said, "I'm a fan of DeathMatch servers". I would like to continue enjoying the server before it was updated. Thanks for read. ExGBrian Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 I dont agree, even though we have pretty pro players here that dont really want the protection it doesnt mean that we should take the enjoyment out for all non HG players who continue to play on our servers. A lot of players are just not as good as everyone else :/ Yes 3 seconds might be too much for iceworld but if taken away then their will be major amounts of spawn camping which will make the game un-enjoyable. A player could make way too many offensive moves before the opposing player has a chance to disarm the spawn spammer. great map/server HG!!!
