Reason of ban:hacking 5. Proof: i ddnt have proof because i was trying to reach other hg members but i have some of my friends that was on the server on the same time. This hacker was in the hide and seek server which i am an admin in. He said he's been hacking in all hg servers and said all the admins were dumbasses because he hasn't been banned yet. i tried to ban him but i banned another person for some reason. he has this way of " changing" into other peopls ip and i just wanted to report this and watch out for this so called hacker.:homer: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I already have a trouble to tell players to report hackers to me by using admin chat "@ text", instead they keep screaming through that there is a hacker, or someone is hacking lol. I dono man. Wingless Posted June 18, 2009 Share Posted June 18, 2009 If you have admin, you can do an "@observe name", and it will track him when you're in spectate mode. This also works for steamid or uid if either of those are easier for you to type. Of course, get steam/uids from status in the console. A benefit of using ma_observe is that it displays his steamid in your chat logs so they are recorded by whatever demo you're creating. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Once you see the hacker change his name to somone else's name type status in console , there will be 4 numbers on the very left side of the players , say for instance the hackers name is Skill , there will be 2 players named Skill . The Skill to ban will be the skill with the highest number out of the 4 numbers like skill 1435 skill 1732 You will always ban the highest number of the duplicate name . juz1696 Posted June 20, 2009 Author Share Posted June 20, 2009 yeah okay i got all that ambush. oh and i had a problem i tried to ban him right wen my friend called me in and i went to ban by ip and it banned a wrong person i tried to contact an hg member but noone was on. and i was still trying to figure out how to kick/ban the hacker so i tried to kick him i think ive kicked atleast 2 people and ban 1 (2hours) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
