Prospekt Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 so normally, if i have a choice, I purchase all my games through steam on my PC. but I bought MW3 for ps3 so I could see how it plays on console as far as multiplayer. I'm getting used to the controller but would love to know if anyone has any advice as far as playing it on the ps3 with a keyboard and mouse. What's the best converter or w/e u call it for using a mouse and keys??? And also, what is our tag on PS3 for a member?? If u can help, thanx a lot!! There are certain games that can be played using a standard USB keyboard and mouse. Call of Duty games although, are not supported. Most people that use keyboard and mouse for PlayStation3 use it for easier usage of the Web Browser and sending messages faster. And also, what is our tag on PS3 for a member?? HeLLsGamers has no affiliation with consoles, although, there is no problem having the HG tag when playing on consoles. I use [HG] for any shooters that allow the use of clan tags. EDIT: Did a bit of a search, turns out that Unreal Tournament 3 is the only PS3 game compatible with KB/Mouse. Best way is to get a mouse and keyboard adapter. Anal Fister Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 From what I've read, those kb/m converters have horrible response time, which leaves you with a lagy interface, not so good for FPS. I put some serious time and research. My end result was that until I can actually use one before I buy it, I'm not risking the cost. So I learned the controller, not so bad at it. Considering 99.9% of the people you are going to play are using a controller, your not going to have the upper or lower hand it it, even field.
