Like always, I recommend you save up, but if you absolutely MUST have it now, I made a build that was quite similar to yours, however with some changes. The only real big changes are the motherboard (different chipset + UEFI BIOS), power supply (430w to 600w for headroom and upgrade potential), and case. I just got a USB 3.0 external HD so I got a new mobo to take advantage of it. Of course, had to upgrade the CPU too cause might as well right? Theres a 30$ difference with the 5450 and the 6570. I can play BF3 on med with it, and The Witcher 2 looks quite good on it as well.
