The Blacklisting admin:Dirty DNA 4. Your Steam-Id:STEAM_0:1:10628459 5. Reason for blacklist: I was Playing perp as a cop since i had just unlocked it. I also had my distances set in kilometers, rather than miles, since there is an option for it. As i was pulling around the fire department, a Van going suspiciously fast blazed past the gas station. His speed read 70 Kilometers per hour, and i checked the speed limit, which was only "40" at the time. with no information of whether that was imperial or metric, i flashed my sirens as my horns wailed in this moderately fast chase. The perp saw me in his rear view and pulled over to the side, saying, "I better not be getting a ticket for this." I walked up to the window and issued on, explaining why it was issued. he got out of the car and black listed me, saying that i was wrong and there was no way to turn on kilometers.
