Comments: He was a gun dealer who took a sniper and started to shoot random people I tried to pick him up 3 times to talk to him and he killed me every time even though I told him i was an admin! Waffles, however, perma-banned him before I could ban him for 2 hours or so. He has been educated about the proper course of action to take in the future.
