I had set my keybind to admin quickchat, but accidently i did not notice that i was pressing the wrong button, i did not see R3v's warning, nor did he say it at the time i was in the server. But im sorry that i was talking in @chat, it was a mistake i should have not done it, and will not do again, Thank you for your understanding.
