HORUS Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 (edited) Hey guys, I made this thread originally within the GMOD subforum, since it is a GMOD mod I'm talking about, but I wanted to make this post here as well so the entire HG community could see it, as I would want it to be open to anyone within HG... I'm fairly new to the HG family, but I have an idea for a community night that could turn into a lot of fun(and it's based off of GMOD)... ELEVATOR SOURCE [video=youtube;RmtzMKjtO9k] **NOTE: I am lead to believe that you are supposed to be able to get out of the elevator and explore each of the floors, should you want to get off** Link to the mod page Elevator: Source looks like a jokes time. If we organized a night to get a bunch of people on the same server, and just had an elevator adventure, I think it'd be not only funny as hell and a ton of fun, but a good way to meet and hang out with other members of HG... Some of you know most everyone, but if we had an open event for any member from any division, I think it'd be a bomb event All feedback is welcome! Whadaya think? Mark Posted February 20, 2012 Share Posted February 20, 2012 The 26 floors are simple scripted sequences in which a person gets on the elevator or you see something funny. In the first run you see every floor and cannot get off until the last floor with only 3 things to do on. Unless they release quite a few expansions for the mod that would add tons of floors and interaction I don't see elevator source going very far. I still stand by this. Yeah, new floors needed or it will just get boring, Elevator is just a "party" gamemode, like once you play it, you'll either want more fun or you'll get bored.
