Admin subscription questions

You would go to the admin portal and find the ticket set for your admin purchase. There you will find a request cancellation button, and after clicking it the button that says something like "Cancel at End of Billing Period." Choosing that option will allow your month paid to finish and then terminate your subscription without billing you again for the next month. I use paypal, and that (along with cancelling the subscription on paypal) is all you have to do. If there's something else required, I'm sure leadership will chime in.

When you log in to the admin portal (where you bought admin), on the top header is a button that says "My Products and Services." Click that, then find the admin subscription you've purchased. Click the green looking button on the right and then follow what the rest of my post says to do.
