Comments: Connor ticketed Death Hawk, a player on the server, for parking his car on the side of the road. I informed Connor that you can not ticket someone for parking correctly on the side of the road and he proceeded to argue with me, wouldnt pay the ticket and disconnected from the server after being warned of being blacklisted.
