Cant connect to the jailbreak server

Hi!

So i have been talking to bonbon and he said i should try posting here for help.

I cant connect to JB, it gives me the Server not responding error..

I have heard council has temporarily ip-banned some countries, im not aware why, but thats what i heard..

I can successfully connect to the other hg servers, but not JB, i live in norway, might be the issue, But im pretty stuck here, so i need your help!

Please let me know if you need any more info!
