If you can do that with a mouse i imagine you can do a whole lot better with a tablet! I have a WACOM Intuos4 XL. I would suggest a smaller one (Mainly for pricing). But if you know anyone who has a tablet ask them to borrow it, just so that you know you would like it before spending money or what not.
