BooT Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Things start going right in your life and you feel like you can actually do something with your life rather than sitting around doing useless shit. That's how I have been feeling as of late. Measured and I have gained 5 inches on my vertical, 20 inches. I weigh 290 pounds now, not 300. Muscle is coming in a lot more. I can now bench 225 at least 5 times with little assistance, although I really still need to do a lot more and I lost suggestions that I have gotten for that. I haven't tested my 40 speed, I hope it's not slower. ): I was at 6.5 last time, my slow ass. Everything is looking up. I also found myself an amazing woman. I don't know if something is going to go wrong because of all these good things, but I am enjoying life right now guys. I love you all. But thanks for the advice bud! I have always struggled with bench though, it's a weakspot in my working out. Also, that's amazing, I thought the name sounded familiar!
