[PORTAL 2] Chaquator's Cheat Menu

Hey, I haven't really posted here in a while but here I am again. First of all, I hope I am not breaking any rules by posting a link to the actual thread AND the text but if so, I'm sorry. I have been learning a bit about scripting for the source engine and I decided to make a little alias and echo menu thing for portal 2 filled with cheats.

Hello there and thank you for chosing this thread!

I have made an HLDJ like menu for a few Portal 2 Cheats.

It has aliases to many different cheats to spawn things and a list of more cheats like notarget.

I cannot provide screenshots right now but if anyone can please post them and I will use them.

 

Read this to install Chaquator's Cheat Menu.

For PC

1) Take the 3 .cfg files and drag them to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam \SteamApps \<YOUR_USERNAME> \common \Portal 2 \portal2 \cfg

2) Locate your config (yes thats the name, just config with no .cfg) file and open it

3) Scroll to the very bottom and add a new line saying (without the quotes) "exec autoexec.cfg"

4) If you already have another autoexec.cfg then copy all the commands in my file and put them in your older autoexec.cfg

5) Launch and open the developers console to play

If you do not know how to open the developer's console then go to

Options \Keyboard and Mouse\ Allow Developer Console and click yes.

 

For Mac

<Your computer user name> \Library \Application Support \Steam \SteamApps \<YOUR USERNAME> \common \Portal 2 \portal2 \cfg

2) Locate your config.cfg file and open it

3) Scroll to the very bottom and add a new line saying (without the quotes) "exec autoexec.cfg"

4) If you already have another autoexec.cfg then copy all the commands in my file and put them in your older autoexec.cfg

5) Launch and open the developers console to play
