Please tell us about the incident: I joined the Hg Rp server as usual and Hyperactive says "Pd belongs to the thieves" I was already in the police department so I ran upstairs with my arrest stick, he shot at me with his shotgun about 5 times and missed, anyway I ended up arresting him. When I went to check he was in jail I had said nothing to him and he decided to demote me for "Being a kid." I am a kid but I don't believe that effected anyone on the server since I hadn't talked at all. Anyway afterwards I said in OOC something along the lines of "Hyperactive is a terrible player", since he randomly demoted me. I was then kicked for disrespect, although I think that might be disrespect I dont think its right for him to demote people wrongly as an admin. So I ran down and shot him and he claimed that it wasn't him and called me a dumb ass. I then called him a dumb ass in retaliation. He then threatened to kick me if I said it again and tried instigating me to say it again. I think told him I don't speak English and said "que?" He then threatened to kick me for speaking Spanish because it's an English speaking server only. I then told him thanks for the warning and to warn before you kick. I went on again since I was only kicked, he was the only admin that I knew and A man whos building I was breaking into didnt have any weapons so I left him, he then proceded to prop push me so I shot him 7 times with a deagle and he didn't die. The problem is: 1) You've been in trouble before and should've learned to stop this shit by now 2) You're demoting people for invalid reasons, and offensive reasons at that 3) You're using your admin powers to intimidate others 4) You're making the community look bad by being an asshole with the [HG] tag on Now, there are 2 possible outcomes past this point. You can either follow the rules, keep your admin, and be on your merry way OR you can lose your admin subscription and possibly be removed from the community for continued douchebaggery past this point.
