Playing on the PERP server when this guy molotovs my store and runs away. I manage to turn on FRAPS before he gets away. Requesting a ban.

This is only circumstantial, your demo doesn't show him throwing it just him running away, if you have any other proof then this, maybe we can go further; until then "Need more Info."
