I know my laptop isnt made for gaming but surely theres something i can do to improve it without totally revamping it

Here's a config i uploaded for you - http://www.mediafire.com/?k0z404alzczl7iz

it will increase your frames and it will make css look like minecraft

and uh right click css on steam library, properties, set launch options and there add -dxlevel 81

run css to test fps,play...

next time you run css remove the -dxlevel 81 and leave the launch options empty

^^

link to the page showing the specs of my laptop. I have been getting terrible FPS in game on CSS around 15-24. Is this really the problem or is the graphics card and processor not my issue? Thanks (:

I mean for one. I would suggest not playing on a laptop unless it was made for gaming. Also, saying that I wouldn't spend money on an Alienware. So actually lol I would buy a cheaper computer to play CSS or build a better computer so you can play CSS at max fps. (which isn't really that hard) Source engine was made for people with lower end computers. Thus why most valve games don't look amazing.
