[need more info] banned for no reason?

Okay well i was playing on the hellsgamers jailbreak server. And an admin Nitro said take off the swaztika on my name because it is racist or I will ban you. First off....have a swaztika isn't racist, its just a symbol....the symbol could have meant anything....like a bent cross. So he said take it off or im banning you. So i change my name and it said you have to wait until next round until it changes. So out of no where before the next round starts and before my name changes he bans me.....i think i should be unbanned....my steam id is in my profile so please unban me i wanta play

We have a template that you follow. And it will solve issues much faster.

You can post us your steamid, because I am not gonna go looking for it.

 

But I agree you should not have been banned, nor should you have had to remove the symbol.

We have had some players use that symbol and also spout racial comments, so that might have been seen in a way that was not meant.

 

Please fill out the template and you can be unbanned.

Homer lashes us when we act without templates.
