6. Please tell us about the incident: I was standing above the T's (who were currently at the bottom of the cell stairs.) on the rail and I began to lag. I couldn't move but I could hear Lazarus saying something like "There's seriously someone AFK right above t's?!" "Someone fucking shoot him."

 

 

He then t-listed me for 120 minutes. I go to say to him after he dies that I was lagging and that being t-listed for over an hour is way too much. He replies "2 hours tlist, dealwitit."

It was a misunderstanding mostly. From your player model looking directly at the T's standing above them at the top of cell stairs, it looked like you were baiting them intentionally. I gave you literally 30 seconds worth of warnings to move back. After you getting knifed gave them a gun, I tlisted you as punishment. After I died, you spamming that copy paste in caps saying you lagged and I had to untlist you (which you spammed at least 3 times, good job cropping that out) seemed like a cop out excuse for what at the time looked like baiting/gunplanting. If you were HONESTLY lagging, then my apologies. You still deserved punishment, though a tlist was probably overboard. A templock for 4/5 rounds would have been sufficient.

 

Watch where you stand. If T's are at the bottom of cell stairs, there is absolutely no reason you should be at the top of cell stairs for 30 seconds or even 3. Play smart as a CT and problems like this won't happen.
