He died while I was lead for something that I can't recall now. After dying he called me a fa**** in admin chat, along with some disrespect about the music in my background. Later on he templocked a player for accidentally freekilling him. 9 rounds for an accidental freekill that is also your first offense (Bonbon later had him reverse the templock) is unnecessary and shows lack of maturity/judgement. The guy is an overall toxic presence in the server both as a player and an admin and needs to be spoken with about his behavior.

It's barely audible, trust me. I usually play with my mic on loopback anyway so I know if I'm giving orders clearly. It's faintly distinguishable in the background when I talk.

When requesting a ban, it's best to explain the entire situation wouldn't you say?

So first of all you treat with initial disrespect whenever you come on the server. I warn you that you are gonna get as good as you give, however you respond merely by calling me a shitty recruit.

In response to the "shitty k-pop" comment, all I have to say is that people have asked you to turn it off before, considering you are one of the most strict, and remorseless leads on jailbreak. Therefore when you lead users are forced to make sure every order is not only fully understood but also done the way you see fit (whether or not you explain). I realize I shouldn't have called it "shitty kpop" but as im sure you can understand you were frustrating me by calling me "shitty admin, shit recruit" then threatening to ban me.

 

In regards to the templock it was not his first offense and if you saw the circumstance of the freekill you would have understood that he clearly did not understand the rules of the motd. it was at least 5 seconds after lead had died and he was spraying at myself and other t's, not understanding why he wasn't allowed to do that. I dont understand why a templock is too harsh when I often see advisors saying in all chat, that if you are new to the server, PLEASE play T for a while before joining CT.

 

On somewhat of a sidenote i think its funny that Laz called my presence a "toxicity" considering the number of abuse reports he gets, and the number i get. They cant all be saying your abusing for no reason.

And if you want some proof of abuse, which is worse then what Laz is saying I have done then here it is.

 

So we were playing trivia on top of big cage, nevodka won, he was to knife 3 to die, he knifed two then merely walked past me and Laz proceeded to shoot me ( keep in mind this is exactly after he called me a badmin/shit recruit/ and threatened to report me). Nevodka immediately said on his mic that he didn't choose me, and Laz said "I dont care". I then spammed in admin chat for him to either slay himself or explain his actions. Meanwhile multiple other admins who saw the freekill also spammed admin chat asking him why he did it, and telling him that Nevodka never knifed me. Laz proceeded to ignore all admins until nearly 2 mins later when he got to LR. When I said "you didn't slay yourself" he responded with "of course I didn't, I hate you"

 

I understand that its not my place as a recruit to be attacking members, however i'm merely asking for removal of an unwarranted ban instigated by Lazarus.

I called you scum recruit. I stand by that. I could have used worse/better words. It's my opinion of you as a recruit and I stand by it.

I do not get asked to turn off my music ever. I get asked what it is, I get asked what I'm listening to, and I get asked why I'm listening to opera music. I don't get asked to turn it off because (1) people have no control over that and (2) it does not and has never impeded my orders. If you can't hear/understand my orders it's usually because T's/CT's are spamming or my mic is goofing up. Either one is easily remedied and never has to do with the music in my background. YOU died because you failed my orders then found something to lash out at.

I asked in the server what he had done before and you failed to give me a response. Once again here, you say it was "not his first offense" but cannot say what he did before. Even had it been a second offense, a 9 round templock is obscenely over-the-top. If he truly was new to the server, slaying him, warning him to read the MOTD, and moving him to T for a few rounds would have been sufficient. !movet and a lower templock are both available, but you went straight for a 9 round templock showing lack of judgement.

For this incident, yes I did miss Nevodka's knife and shot you mistakenly. He said he didn't knife you, and I blew it off hoping he was kidding. I said over mic, "Whatever I hate that guy, he shot me earlier anyway." Frankly, I was upset with you from your previous comments and the fact that earlier in the round you shot me rebelling didn't help. In any case, I carried on with the round and with 3 Ts left asked Nevodka for confirmation. He said no he hadn't picked you and I slayed myself. I freekilled, I admitted to it though perhaps late, and I slayed myself.

 

As far as your comment about the number of reports on me. Simply put, I use admin more than most others. Doesn't mean I use it abusively, but if someone is more active, he will be more noticed. I do more as far as slaying/moving bad players to different teams, removing spammers/racists/douchebags, and filing T-lists/ban/abuse reports than a large majority of JB players, HG or not. In server that communicates to some people as "abusive" and so reports are filed. Yet after 2 years or so of admining that server and multiple reports, I've kept my admin privileges. I get more attention as an admin because I'm more active as an admin. Not to say I don't have fuckups. In this case, I think my attitude/actions could have/should have been better. However it was in response to what I saw as completely unwarranted behavior on the part of yourself.

I understand what your saying and I think we both took it overboard because of frustration.

In regards to templocking jerm, i know I could have templocked for 2-3 instead of 9, and that probably would have been the more mature choice. The reason I chose 9 was because the two rounds before the freekill he was doing some master baiting, and did not under stand what he was doing wrong when all t's yelled "BAITER BAITER"

I'm not here to argue logistics, who is right or wrong, or blame anyone, I just want to be unbanned please because I dont feel like its fully deserved.

I suggest both of you get your heads out of your asses because you both are making this community look bad with arguing and bickering with each other. Stop fucking arguing with each other if you have a problem with what someone is doing do go arguing with each other and disrespecting each other bring it up to one of my management team.

 

I also want to suggest whatever is going on between the two of you better stop and drop it before worse consequences for goes to both of you.
