While playing earlier I found popsicle to have a porn spray depicting Lisa from the Simpsons fully naked with Bart nearby. Not only is it against server rules, if taken while considering their ages in the show it's somewhat illegal. I asked him MULTIPLE times to change the spray and rejoin, being patient with him because I know him to be a hostile player who has disrespected other players constantly in his time in the server. He refused to after two rounds of me checking, so I kicked him. He did not rejoin during the time I was playing, and I got off after another half-hour or so of playing.

I returned around 12:00 and seeing him in the server, I checked his spray again. I then found a DIFFERENT spray (the one in the NSFW tags above) depicting another act against server rules. I reminded him on mic of his earlier kick and demanded multiple times (again being patient with him) to change it before next round. After asking one last time for it to be changed in dead chat, I received his response of "FUCK u" and "i aint changing shit". At this point I banned him for refusing to cooperate with our rules.

The player has a known history of disrespect with other players, especially the younger players, and is little more than a toxic presence in the server. This is only one of many incidents where admins have had to mute, kick, and ban him for his behavior. I'm asking his ban to be upgraded (he's currently on a 2 hour ban) to a longer temp ban or even a permanent ban until he explains his behavior.
