He is extremely different from any other AD Carry available, not only that but in teamfights its almost impossible to catch his Axe. I dont know if im the only person who has this problem but i find him to be much more challenging to play with than any other ad carry. His ult is a good finisher, his slow is helpful in almost any situation whether your running or chasing, his W is great when you can actually catch an axe. In lane he is can keep his own with a good support, but if you dont have a decent support then dont expect to win your lane. I'd like to hear your guy's feedback on this new champion. Some are very original. His playstyle is very aggressive in lane and requires the ability to multimanage well to be successful. His team fighting is very strong with two AOE abilities that have AD ratios (a-la Graves) and an attack modifier that has no mana cost after the first throw. Catching axes shouldn't be your focus in a team fight, it should be an afterthought. As PhantomL0rd said earlier today on his stream, Draven is the most fun AD Carry in the game ATM because of how involved you must be in order to play him well. He's like Leona/Ezreal/Urgot in that he has a very high skill cap but if you are at that cap, he is both very powerful and VERY fun. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scott Posted June 7, 2012 Share Posted June 7, 2012 I love him. I figured out how to catch his axes easily in lane and in team fights. I'm not too good with his ult though. But that movement speed when you're constantly catching axes is THE MOST OP THING! My goodness he is awesome I was crying myself to sleep when he wasn't released on time.
