It shows me trying to confront him but not arrest him. ( switching to my handcuffs by accident didn't help) i was trying to tell him im not going to arrest you but he shot me =[. After i responded he wanted me to go into my cop car ( he had a car bomb on it and he wanted me to go inside) and i refused because i thought something fishy was up. near the end of the demo it shows me getting in my car. My car blowing up. and about the death of 3 people ( i think). The medic tried to revive me but was shot for crouching next to me. As you can see in the demo. It is understood very clearly that what he did was wrong, but he is very apologetic and attests to the fact that something like this will never happen again.
