No more casts!

Well, doctor took of my last cast today. I guess that's the good news of this thread, now for the sad news.

BooT cannot lift for another month. I have not completely healed my fracture and now I have to wear a splint for 30 days. On during the day, off at night, but still it's taking a toll on me.

I need to start lifting soon if I want any chance at playing football for a University but I don't know, this is rough news for me guys haha.

This is where I help you. Guys and gals, if you have anger issues and you like to take it out on inanimate objects such as walls, tables and etc... PLEASE, learn to control yourself and stop doing it. Believe me, I know it's a great feeling letting all of that stress out through punching, but it's not worth it. This break has not only prevented me from working out and lifting but it has limited me in the things I can do daily and has effected daily things such as showers. FIX your attitude before it's too late.

Well guys, I hope you at least take that advice from this thread, be smart!

(p.s. and also #BeGREAT ;) )

Not to lower your hopes of being a football player, but I'd just like to point out a few things. You realize that even if you made it into the NFL, that doesn't guarantee a lot of money. Most of the players are unknowns. And how long does a football career even last. Not everyone is Brett Favre, chances are, you'll retire by 30, at most 35. How will you make money after that? Many players have to resort to advertising Hyundai dealerships to keep money flowing. I was talking with a pretty famous basketball player that the car dealership that I'm a partner in pays to appear in adverts. He pretty much told me that half the team makes an insignificant amount of money.

It's for the sport my friend, not the money.

I could care less how much I make. Anyways, that's why I am getting a bachelor's before I go onto NFL, IF I even get the chance to go to the NFL.
